Good to know
Is everything confidential?
I keep your matter private and never sell or share what I learn. My notes aren't legally privileged unless I'm working for your attorney, so I would have to respond to a subpoena or other legal process.
Can you put a GPS tracker on someone's car?
I don't put trackers on vehicles. For most people in Michigan, tracking a car without the owner's or driver's consent is a crime, and it can backfire in court. Lawful surveillance gets better evidence.
Can you get someone's phone records or bank statements?
No. Those records are protected by law and generally come only through a subpoena or the account holder's consent. I'll tell you what can be found lawfully — often more than people expect.
Will you find anyone for anyone?
No. I screen every locate request and won't take a case that could help someone harm, stalk or contact a person protected by a court order.
What if I'm wrong about my suspicion?
Then you'll know, and that's a good outcome too. Sometimes peace of mind is the best result.
Have a matter that needs straight answers?
Every inquiry comes straight to me and is kept private. Direct phone and secure online intake are launching shortly.
