Do you take appointed-counsel assignments?
I welcome them. I work within approved investigator hours and keep the itemized records appointed-counsel billing requires.
Are interviews recorded?
When you want them to be and the witness consents. Otherwise I provide detailed written summaries prepared for impeachment use.
What is a pretext inquiry?
A limited, lawful cover story used to confirm a simple fact, like whether someone works at a location. I never pose as police, a government official or an attorney, and I never use a pretext to get phone, bank, medical or other protected records.
How fast can you start?
